html docs: parameters missing for mixins

Not hugely important because it's only important to folks developing new charts, who are probably okay with looking at the source.

Couldn't find any support for this at all. I think their AST builder treats mixins as no arg constructors where you would likely just copy the prototype methods to your destination object..
