add server restarting proxy #2

Hi dccmx!
Do you plan to make changing list of server without restarting proxy.
The tcproxy is working and you typing in the concole:
tcproxy -add 123.123.123.456:9510
or
tcproxy -remove 123.123.123.456:9510
?
