Feature request: Import / Export bookmarks with tags and description #28

Summary
Please add import and export functionality for bookmarks that preserves tag/label metadata. This will allow users to back up, migrate, and share their tagged bookmarks across different browsers and devices.
Background / Motivation
Many users organize bookmarks using tags or labels. When switching browsers or syncing between devices, it's cumbersome to manually recreate tags or lose metadata. Adding a built-in import/export feature that preserves tags will make it much easier to move bookmarks between browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave) or to backup/restore collections.
