Support for opensearch environment variables seems to be missing #14

Expected Behavior
I haven't figured out how to configure opensearch, since the web UI requires an explicit URL on upsun, like http://opensearch.internal:9200.
upsun ssh env | grep -i search shows the env vars available to search, but I don't know how to use them there to accomplish the goal.
I also don't see those environment variables in ddev exec 'env | grep -i search'
Actual Behavior
- Don't know how to use
- Don't know where those variables are
