Can quartrify have a setting for box-based projects #5

I am creating a template for R projects around modern tooling: https://github.com/novica/r-project-template
I think quartify solves a nice problem for extracting the documentation from R code.
The inspiration for the template is from python: https://github.com/gemmadanks/python-project-template and the documentation that can be generated from a project is quite different https://open-research.gemmadanks.com/python-project-template/
I wonder if it is possible to have an option for quantify to generate the docs from the R code, but also include .md files from the docs. Or any other approach that would make this documentation generating process more robust.
