Handle github enterprise

Hi,

I'd like to use your extension with my github enterprise which has a dedicated URL (that is not github.com).

I think that all the API are compatible, it just needs to customize the base URL.

Yeah of course, looks very easy to do.
I will add a settings for customizing API url

Until waiting Gnome accepts these changes.
