loop prevention?

I am trying to do a very simple wrapping of the available styles to apply to a picture. I get a lot of 403s as a return. Are you aware of a prevention of this behaviour?

I use the PHP technology to invoke the python version API for my website but also get the 403 forbidden signal.I think the author added the anti-stealing-link to protect his website from external reference.It seems that he provided us the api but didn't give us the permission to use it.

I can use PHP to connect front-end and python script.Several days ago,I thought that if I got a 403 because I use the result image link,why not download the result image to my server first and use the local path to display it.
But I get a 403 again,the API maybe just be exhibited but not be used.
