Add Support for B3 (Brazil) Stocks with .SA suffix

Hello defeatbeta-api team,

First off, great work on this library.

I would like to request the addition of support for stocks from the Brazilian stock exchange (B3).

Currently, it seems the API does not fetch data for Brazilian tickers. In other libraries, like yahoo-finance-data, this is handled by appending the .SA suffix to the stock ticker.

Example:

• Ticker: WEGE3
• Yahoo Finance Ticker: WEGE3.SA

When I try to use a ticker like WEGE3.SA with your API, no data is returned.

Request:
Could you please add support for the .SA suffix to allow fetching data from the B3 (Brazil) exchange, similar to how yahoo-finance-data handles it?

This would be a fantastic addition for all Brazilian developers and users who want to use your library for the local market.

Due to limited time and my lack of familiarity with markets outside the U.S., I currently have no plans to support non-U.S. markets.
