Strip commas and spaces in number inputs

It would be nice to tolerate inputs like "1,234" and " 456 " for number inputs so you can quickly copy and paste information into those fields without having to adjust the text manually.

Bear in mind that if the application is ever localised into different regions, , can mean the same as . in English, etc.
