Allow text in the title and abstract to be selected (for copy-paste)

Currently, the text of the abstract shown can not be highlighted, and thus also not be copy pasted.

In order to, for example, copy paste an expression for further research, one would have to click on an entry, and then copy paste the relevant term from the browser.

Goal: Make text selectable to enable copy-paste in the GUI.
