Button for adding songs exists even without role permission

**Describe the bug**
The songs view has a button on top which display even for roles Performer and lower.

**Expected behavior**
The button should only show up when being editor or above.

**Additional context**
The same functionality should be checked for setlists and roles lower than performer.
