Replace tkit extensions #10
Description
In our first reference application we removed all the tkit extension as we do not mention them in the devon4j documentation at the moment. To be consistent we should do this in this application too.
Remove the following extensions:
- tkit-quarkus-test (can be replaced by testcontainers, see other project)
- tkit-mp-restclient-plugin (can be replaced by Quarkus rest-client extension)
