Help menu links not working #74
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on menu Help and then User Guide > English User Guide
2. Browser will open but failed to load the page, the URL shows
"http://home.interpss.org:81/wiki/index.php?title=Main_:_InterPSS_User_Guide"
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I wanted to see the user manual.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
InterPSS 1.4.x the latest one. Win 7 Home Premium
Please provide any additional information below.
