rom_access access not properly checked against AS -- possible bus conflict?

It doesn't look like there's any AS dependency against rom_access (which triggers ROMOE). This could lead to bus conflicts when the blitter (or any DMA device) tries to access ROM when the Flash OS doesn't match.

Needs checking & possibly deconflicting.
