Feature-request: CLI option to *NOT* sync MCU clock with host, or at least to use UTC time when syncing

In general all hardware clocks should always be in UTC time, local timezone conversion can be done when displaying.

This causes weird time inconsistencies when the device is normally in UTC (with periodic NTP sync) but when using rshell the clock gets reset to host local time until next NTP sync.

That seems like a reasonable option (have an option to not sync time). SD Cards use local time, and local time is what's intuitive when there is no WiFi connection.

But yeah - when you have a network connection, then UTC time would be preferred.

So it probably makes sense to add a --utc option to sync in UTC time, and also add a --notime option to not sync time at all. I could also make those options be persistent. rshell can retrieve the board name from a board.py (actually it does import board from within micropython) on the root of the filesystem on the micropython device, so I could add something to have defaults come from there, and then also be overridable on the command line.
