Can't build with clang18 due to zlib1.2.7

Getting exactly this issue when trying to compile for bioconda: bulletphysics/bullet3#4607

Compiling locally on macOS arm64 works (due to current system clang being 16 and not 18)

This is my bioconda attempt: bioconda/bioconda-recipes#55008
