[Bug]: Cannot recognize projects, no skills etc

Summary

Openwork cannot recognize the projects which have been working well for days, nor the skills/agent it had created.
Not for new projects also.
No answer for chats, just pop up notification of response like below:

To Reproduce

Simply run openwork and it's there for me.

Expected behavior

Recognize all the projects;
recognize the agent/skills of them;
answer questions;

Actual behavior

Same as summary

Version is the latest one as I reinstalled it today at 2026-03-19
