Title: [Bug]: Shared skill doesn't show up when re-importing via "Open in OpenWork" link while app is already open

Summary: *
When OpenWork is already running and you import a shared skill via the "Open in OpenWork" link, the skill does not appear in the import view. If OpenWork is closed first, the app opens and the import modal shows the shared skill correctly.

Steps to reproduce: *

1. Open a skill inside OpenWork.
2. Click "Share this" to generate a shareable link.
3. With OpenWork still running, open the shared link and click "Open in OpenWork".
4. Observe the import / add skill view.

Expected behavior: *
The shared skill appears in the import modal regardless of whether OpenWork is already running.

Actual behavior: *
If OpenWork is already open, the shared skill does not appear in the import view. If OpenWork is closed and you click the link to launch the app, the import modal opens with the shared skill visible and ready to add.
