• Allow throwing functions (SQLException) in composition facilities of mappers in no.digipost.jdbc.
  Breaks binary compatibility, but maintains source compatibility when used with lambdas.
• Expose SqlArray as public API?
• Add javadocs to functional interfaces in no.digipost.function
• Remove BatchedIterable 9824a89
• Delete NonEmptyList copy constructors accepting List (see NonEmptyList copy-constructors accept Collection #36)
