jCenter is deprecated, unable to fetch the dependency

I have mavenCentral() repo added along with jcenter, I'm unable to fetch recyclerrefreshlayout since this month Aug 15

For anyone encountering the same issue with the RecyclerRefreshLayout library due to JCenter being deprecated, you can fetch it by adding the following to your Gradle config:

Add this line inside both buildscript { repositories { } } and allprojects { repositories { } } in your top-level build.gradle:

maven { url 'https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/jcenter' }
