[Feature] Add BIP-353 Proof Validation

Matt Corallo has been reaching out to wallet and hww devs to build support for BIP-353.

It sounds intriguing, but if we were to implement it for SeedSigner, it would make the most sense to put most of the functionality in embit so I just wanted to drop a parallel note here.

From what I understand, implementing this would require embit to support the PSBT_OUT_DNSSEC_PROOF field. Additionally, HWW software would need to implement the logic for verifying the proof.

Does that sound like the right approach? Happy to help with implementation.

I think this proof verification logic should be in embit, though I have not read up on what the verification entails.

Just brainstorming here, but on the SeedSigner / etc side, I would imagine it being something like:

if psbt.outputs[i].has_bip353_proof:
    result = bip353.verify_proof(psbt.outputs[i], some_other_data, blah, foo)

print(f"Verified that {recipient_address} belongs to ₿{result.user}@{result.domain}")

(none of the above is well thought out or reflects any real understanding of the task!!!)
