Missing icons & names in the asset browser

With debug output added and enabled (see my debug branch), I get the following output (over and above the normal output):

In the asset browser window, icons are missing and tokens are shown as names as indicated in the above list.

This is because icons don't actually exist for these items, yet they are technically "buildable" in the base building system. For example the ones prefixed as "SET_" are buildings in the settlement system but for some reason can be buildable but are not exposed to the player in game. I suppose I could have an alternative than just a white square image though.
