Part 1 - demo has changed

There are two references to the first demo which has changed so should now be removed:

• start of Subsetting Data section - "In the example above we only needed women and the variables race and income" --> remove this
• in filter() section - "The double equals sign tells R to check for rows where sex is the value 2." --> remove this
