Hotkeys not working.

Hotkeys does not work even if that is enabled.

I don't normally use Hotkeys for this, but I just had to check!

Using Spotify both paus and play works fine here (not skipping tracks ffw or back though)

Works fine
Pause Track: Ctrl, Alt, P
Play/Pause Track: Ctrl, Alt, Enter

Doesn't work
Next Track: Ctrl, Alt, ]
Previous Track: Ctrl, Alt, [

That said - there can always be conflicts with other apps or programs using a specific hotkey - thus making it not working here,
