Analysis: Expected Behavior, Not a Real Issue

The dual getrandom versions flagged here are unavoidable transitive dependencies from dev-dependency chains, not a real problem:

• getrandom v0.3.4 → pulled in by proptest via rand 0.9 → rand_core 0.9
• getrandom v0.4.1 → pulled in by tempfile 3.27
