Show "Current Dues Status" after clicking "Set Up Dues" on Account Setup page

After clicking the "Set Up Dues" button on the Double Union Account Setup page, a flash notice is added to the top of the page, but is not visible due to the scroll position, and the amount in the dropdown resets to default ("$50.00 US Monthly").

It would be nice to load in "Your Current Dues Status Your current Stripe subscription is $XXX.00 per month, and your status is active" like on the "Manage Membership" page.
