Incorrect threshold for max redstone output using comparator on essentia jars

Description:

Comparator output on essentia jars above vanilla have incorrect max output thresholds

How to reproduce (step by step):

1. Fill any jar to 250 essentia
2. Place comparator on jar
3. Use redstone dust to read output of comparator
