LICENSE file is a symlink gone wrong

LICENSE file is throwing some errors on soe of my gems(livereload) because it is a symlink with too many levels:

lrwxr-xr-x 1 eumir staff 7 Sep 6 02:21 LICENSE -> LICENSE

eumir$ cat ruby-slippers/LICENSE 
cat: ruby-slippers/LICENSE: Too many levels of symbolic links

[dreamr]
