Document better in the read.me that this implementation supports CANFD / UAVCAN v1 #89
Description
We are considering to integrate the dronecan into our project, but we require to use the CAN FD for the faster bitrates and to have 64B payloads. It took me a lot of time to realise that dronecan/libcanard supports CANFD. Perhaps we could go as far as to say that it supports UAVCAN v1?
I think it would be great if this could be specified in the readme so that every visitor of this repo gets this information immediately upon first look.
