v1.2 - Pull Request Notification

On my first startup, it said that aI had 1 pull to make from Github, despite the fact I hadnt changed anything in my repo. After pressing it several times and getting the green toast notifcations, the pull notif still wouldnt disappear. When i tried to commit, it warned me that I hadnt pulled yet (this is good), but that wasnt true. I had to close the plugin and restart, and only then did the pull notif go away. Small, but could be something to look into.
