GitHub Organizations Not Appearing in Owner Dropdown

• Fixed: Organizations now appear in the owner dropdown for both "Connect Existing" and "Create New" modes
• Previously, the organization list only loaded when switching to "Create New" — users on the default "Connect Existing" tab never saw their orgs
• Added read:org OAuth scope so GitHub returns the full list of organization memberships
• If the org fetch fails (permissions, network), a clear error message now appears in the dropdown instead of failing silently

Re-Authentication for Existing Users

• Users who signed in before v1.2.1 may not have the new read:org permission
• A banner appears in the Connect view explaining the new requirement with a one-click sign-out link
• Personal repositories continue working without re-authentication

Documentation Corrections

• Fixed listed OAuth scopes: read:user + read:org (previously documented as user:email)
• Added "Organizations not appearing" troubleshooting entry to Connecting a Repository
