TCMPR plotter updates

Describe the Enhancement

The TCMPR plotter needs updates to ensure it provides the same functionality that was present in the R script version:

• Provide support for pairwise difference plotting where the user can specify a different marker (i.e. filled circle marker) when differences are SS.
• Provide support for saving boxplot outlier points to a file
• Determine whether support already exists for the frequency of superior performance
