Description
Integrate with the iConomy 1.x money core in order to allow people with reduced permissions (read: the users) to create their own zones, with restrictions, by paying for them.
Payments should be based on the desired area or volume and on which permissions are going to be manipulated from a common parent (which defines the default rules for all the bought zones). For example, I want my users to be able to create PVP arenas inside area X, so I set area X as a "buyable area parent" and the cost of PVP arenas to 5 coin per covered (square) block plus a 50 coin base cost. People could then buy a sub-area using a specific command, defining the position/size of the area. If the area contained 40 blocks the user would pay 50 + 40 * 5 = 250 coin. If the area ALSO disabled creepers, it could cost another fee per block, for example, 2 per block, for a total of 50 + 40 * (5+2) = 330 coin, and so on.
When you get to this you could also add areas where players earn money simply by staying there or walking around there, with a maximum cap of X defined per area (or in other words, if the player has more than X coin in his account he no longer gains any more).
