Live Streaming e-Commerce Website (as a WordPress theme)

The client wants to build a non-traditional e-Commerce website that looks something like this:

• Sellers can start a video live stream, similar to Facebook, to sell their products. We will not have to build this implementation. The client has purchased a PHP module that we will only have to integrate.
• Sellers sell their products, similar to an infomercial but more social, viral marketing
• If the buyer likes the product, they can purchase the product underneath the video.
• Sellers must apply to be sellers by providing social media accounts and number of followers.
• Buyers can register for free at any time.
• Sellers must have the ability to create and update products, storefronts, inventory, descriptions, etc.

Also, as indicated in the documentation, the client will eventually also want a mobile app companion to the website!

They are trying to get - some kind of - funding for this project and we are essentially building a functional prototype. They may want to rebuild this on a proprietary platform (not WordPress) once they secure funding.
