Error deploying web service #40

Good morning,
When I followed the installation steps of eIDAS Client, at the stage of deploying the web service, I encountered the following error:
FAIL - Encountered exception [org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Failed to start component [StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[/eidas-client-webapp-1.3.0]]]
Having tested with Java 8 and using Tomcat 8.5.87, I have deployed from the manager and encountered this error, unable to progress any further in installing the web service.
As recommended, I tried to setup the service to run as a ROOT application but I got the same error.
Initially, I followed the steps on the eIDAS Client homepage but when I got to phase 4, I couldn't go any further either. Even when I changed the command to the updated version of the .war file, eIDAS client webapp 1.3.0, the error appeared:
no main manifest attribute , in eidas-client-webapp-1.3.0.war .
