Thank you for flagging it out. However, we have raised this in our planned enhancement.

Moreover, we believe that it is generally expected for students (international or local) studying in Singapore to have a Singapore phone number, due to the need to communicate with their classmates, teachers etc.

According to the course website, we will reject this.
