Clarify paused sandbox retention in persistence docs

It’s unclear how long a paused sandbox remains resumable. For example, if auto paused for 2 weeks, then resumed, does it "just work"?

Can you document:

• paused sandbox TTL (and whether it varies by plan)
• what actions reset TTL (if any)
• expected error/status when a paused sandbox has expired

Yes, we do not currently enforce any limit on paused sandboxes.
