Build "Warning" when configured with the Aurelia ESnext-Webpack Skeleton starter kit

Hi, please accept my apologies for raising an issue when I'm really just having a spot of bother trying to configure this with the Aurelia ESnext-Webpack Skeleton starter kit. I've written up the details as a StackOverflow question but answer's have yet to be forthcoming..
