Typos in git instructions

Just starting to try building the libraries, noticed a few things.

1. The dependency on 'CMake 3.9 >=' should be '3.19 >=', or else CMP0110 ( needed by config/cmake/ebu-list-cpp-requirements.cmake ) does not work
2. The text -

Core stream analyzer (c++)

When you meet all the pre-requisites, a quick way to start right away is:

./scripts/build_node.sh
ls ./build/bin/

does not build the C++. The result is a bit confusing to start with :) I think this should read -

3. There are errors early in the build_cpp script output that I've not tracked down -
