Meeting minutes:

• v0.6.0 of application framework created to have a tag for the original VAF contribution.
• The updated version v0.7.0 with IFEX importer and improved VSS import (license info updated in the file) is available now in the main branch.
• License/Owndership header information content needed in the artifacts is to be clarified? (Apache or Eclipse ownership?)
• • Ref: https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#ip-copyright-headers: Manuel and Gunnar confirmed that current content is ok and fine to keep it intact.
• Manuel shared the content of blueprint and what is presented in SDV community days

• A separate blue print with IFEX and VAF is also available in the repo: https://github.com/eclipse-autoapiframework/autoapiframework/tree/main/bp-ifex-vaf

IFEX:

• • Gunnar shared briefly the current status on different IDL usage.
• • Gunther asked if scheduling priorities or sequencing is already defined with existing content: Feedback from Gunnar - It could fit if it is within the module scope and within the layering of IFEX, everything else would be part out of IFEX model.

Folder Structure for requirements and other docs handling:

• There will be a new folder "docs" in https://github.com/[eclipse-autoapiframework/autoapiframework](https://github.com/eclipse-autoapiframework/autoapiframework) and shall contain the requirements based on opensource tooling - Thomas will look into the topic
