Bug: When Jakarta EE 10 is selected from Jakarta EE 11, the Platform option in profile is disabled

To reproduce:

1. Open the https://start.jakarta.ee page - Jakarta EE 11 and Core Profile are selected:

2. Select Jakarta EE 10 - Web Profile gets selected automatically: 3. It's not possible to select Platform in the profile option:

I believe that, after Jakarta EE 10 is selected, Platform should be available in profiles and it even should be selected by default.

To work around this:

1. Select some runtime - this allows selecting Platform
2. Select None as runtime again - Platform remains available as expected

+1 the same happens when we choose Jakarta EE 9, 9.1 or 8. Platform is disabled and doesn't show up. I think although the runtimes are set on "none" but it's not working that way and ties the profiles available to the runtimes that are available for that release version.
