Migrate the look and feel to the redesigned structure when available

As part of the look and feel refresh in the issue jakartaee/jakarta.ee#2240, the Jakarta home page is being redesigned. When this launches near the end of the year, this application will need to be migrated to use the new look and feel to remain consistent. We are aiming towards launch of the homepage and base look and feel in the first week of December of this year.

There is currently no preview available, but we aim to have a basic page available in the coming week.

We just updated the look and feel earlier this year... we'll need a Figma design for additional changes (as we had last time).

Hi @kito99 we won’t need a full new mockup for this page to reflect the rebrand. The only elements that need to be brought in line with the updated Jakarta EE branding are:

• the hero banner, and

• the CTA/info boxes at the bottom, which now have a slightly updated look.

You should be able to pull the new banner style + updated box components from there without needing a full redesign. But please let me know if you have any concerns/questions. and thanks so much for helping with this
