Rename default branch

Most other projects in Eclipse have renamed their default branch to main and I think we should do the same. 
A committer will just need to open a PR similar to this: https://github.com/jakartaee/.eclipsefdn/pull/12
But in the repository: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/.eclipsefdn
