ABI compatible data types

Implement ABI compatible data types to use mw:com cross languages, as requested in ABI-Compatible Data Types

Rust implementation tracked via : eclipse-score/baselibs_rust#6

Further step:

• create integration tests for C++/Rust interoperability testing
  • the first idea was to do this in com repo as this is a place where two implementations meets. Later once no copybaar is alive, we can move that to baselibs probably.
