should we build relocations with fullbuild?

relocations are currently not part of full-build.sh and thus not here:

@cdietrich it was indeed intentional because they're just metadata POMs.
They are published as snapshots on central.
However, I guess it would not harm to deploy them in the Jenkins Maven repository.
Do you need them for the reference projects?

I see. At that time, I ensured we don't use the old coordinates in the Xtext code base, but I didn't check the reference projects.

reference projects implys "wizard"
but at least the gradle stuff does not know anything about the new coordinates on the plugin side anyway

I thought I had updated the wizards accordingly back then.
Maybe I skipped the Gradle parts.
