Sometimes implementation plan phase has wrong skill #15
Description
Sometimes, when I am doing a plan, it gives me the wrong line to paste in:, saying
/ed3d-ed3d-plan-and-execute:start-implementation-plan @docs/design-plans/2/.... .
Which will give me an "unknown skill" error. It should only have ed3d once, not twice.
