Description
In real-time trading, we subtract fees by default. I recommend removing this parameter and only ignoring transaction fees when fee_mode is None. Otherwise, fees should be deducted unconditionally.
Therefore, I recommend removing the subtract_fees configuration parameter, as it is redundant and misleading.
