j,k stopped behaving correctly

I don't know how I got it in the state, but j and k would skip several lins and move down or up a few lines at a time.

This would be fine, because it's just a single word-wrapped line.

But it was actually skipping multiple lines, it's definetely bug, but sorry to say, don't have energy for this project to find the cause.
