Fix 5GeVx100GeV hgas config: add SYNRAD component and correct filename (#6)

- Renamed egasbrems_egascoulomb_egastouschek_hgas_5GeVx100GeV_vacuum_10000Ahr_machineruntime_50s.json
  to synrad_egasbrems_egascoulomb_egastouschek_hgas_5GeVx100GeV_vacuum_10000Ahr_machineruntime_50s.json
- Added missing SYNRAD component (status 2000, freq 36608000) at the beginning
- File now follows consistent naming pattern with all other beam energy configurations
- Maintains all existing components: electron beamgas, coulomb, touschek, and 100 proton beamgas files
