Update docs for file location for pyspike

To use pyspike tuninator functions must be saved to Pyspike/pyspike directory. Not sure why. It's an inconvenience, but may be not worth fixing in any case

Actually, not tuninator functions location, but the notebook file doing the analysis needs to be in the Pyspike/pyspike folder. It then calls both the pyspike fath and tuninator path to work
